Karin Celeste - Dance Du Coeur Sugar Land Dance Studio
Karin Celeste has studied dance for over 30 years and trained at the Houston Ballet Academy with Rufus Jackson, Delia Steuart, and Mary Lee Kennedy.
Her concentrations are in ballet, tap, jazz, theatre jazz, contemporary and hip hop, which is her favorite.
Karin has performed across the country and the world, with famous artists including Kari Jobe and Gregory Hines.
She taught for several years on the convention circuit, including for Dance Revolution, Project Dance NYC, Crave, and the first annual Project Dance in Houston. She has also taught at Space City Tap Festival in Houston.
Public outreach is her passion and she has toured the South Crimea in the Ukraine teaching dance at local churches and also founded Xtended Urban Dance Co. for local Houston youth. She is one of the only teachers in the area to teach dance to adults and children with special needs. Karin teaches Tap at Dance Du Coeur.
